How much are tickets and what is included for that price?

Our goal is to provide an amazing event experience to delight our guests at a reasonable cost for our community. Tickets are $150 for indoor seats and $140 for each outdoor seat. The outdoor area will be under a large ventilated tent and is connected to the indoor area.  The indoor area will hold the stage for music and dancing.  All of the guests will enjoy a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, a 3 course plated dinner, DJ and live orchestra for dancing and includes open bar throughout the event.

 

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets will be sold through an online link (insert link here) beginning on (insert date and time of site going live here).   If you wish to call the ticketing company and purchase tickets by phone, please contact our dedicated line at 954-241-7924 as of the date mentioned above.

 

Are there set tables?

Yes.  Each table seats a maximum of 12 people. If you would like to purchase a full table during registration you must select and pay for all 12 tickets at once. Tables and individual tickets will be on a first come first serve basis. This also applies to sitting next to your friends…the online ticket purchase process is similar to that of purchasing tickets on a Ticketmaster site, for example. 

 

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET FOR SOMEONE TO ATTEND THE GALA, WHO MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO OTHERWISE ATTEND?

Yes. There will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for teachers and staff members as well as to sponsor full tables. This will be an option on the ticketing site.

 

Can I sponsor and receive recognition at this event?

 

Yes, you certainly can, and sponsorship is critical to our success! There are a variety of sponsorship levels to choose from. Please contact Claudia Espinosa at 305-282-9151 or send an email to sainttimothygala2020@gmail.com   You will have the ability to sponsor online on our ticketing website as well.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE TO ATTEND. CAN I STILL DONATE?

Thank you! Your presence will be missed, but we sincerely appreciate your contribution.

 

 

 

 

How do I donate an item for the auction?

You can contribute by either donating an item for the auction from your family or business or securing an item for the auction through a personal or family connection. Every donation helps and is much appreciated!  The deadline for donating items is May 1st, however, we would appreciate receiving them as soon as possible so that we have more time to catalogue, wrap, and package each item.

 

HOW CAN I HELP? DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEERS?

Yes! We can always use new volunteers. There are many volunteer opportunities for the Gala. Are you able to pick up donations from local area businesses on weekends? Will you offer your time and energy to help with decorations or set-up on auction day? Or can you lend some muscle power to our transportation team? Watch for notices via email and follow #sttimcommunity on Instagram. Some spaces fill quickly, so don’t be left out! If you let us know your interests and availability, we’ll find a job for you.

 

What should I wear?

Ladies’ Suggestions – Evening gown or formal dress.

Gentlemen Suggestions – Tuxedo or business suit.
