Q: What time can I get in to the event?
A:
Concert begins 7 p.m., Doors open at 6 p.m.

Q: What is included in the price ($45) of admission for General Admission?
A: Concert and parking/shuttle.

Q: What is included in the price ($90) for VIP?
A: Included in VIP ticket price is; lite bites, stage front access (limited bench seating is available on a first come-first served basis). All guests may bring folding chairs.

Q: Is there going to be Food & Drinks for purchase at the event?
A: Yes. Food offerings will vary in price. Full bar featuring beer, wine and cocktails for purchase.

Q: What time can I get in to the event?
A: Gates open at 6 p.m.

Q: Where is the Main Event?
A: Rainbow Island at Sea Island.

Q: What is required to enter the concert venue?
A: Casual dress.

Q: What is the Attire for the Event?
A: A hard copy ticket or the ticket email confirmation via mobile phone is required.

Q: Is there Preferred Seating at the Main Event?
A: Yes, there is a VIP section.

Q: At what age do children need a ticket for the event? VIP area?
A: Under 3 are free.

Q: How much is Parking?
A: Parking is included in the ticket price.

Q: Where is Parking located?
A: Parking is on Sea Island at the Beach Club. Sea Island Gatehouse will provide direction for attendees.

Q: Are there shuttles to transport back and forth from the venue and parking lot?
A: Yes. Shuttle service will run from the parking lot to the concert venue starting at 6 p.m. and will continue on a 15 minute cycle.

Q: Where is Handicapped Parking located?
A: On Rainbow Island/closest to venue. Security will direct to this area.

Q: Do I need to bring my own seating?
A: Limited bench seating is provided in VIP. All guests may bring folding chairs (bag chairs are subject to search).

Q: Can we bring in outside food, drinks, and/or coolers, backpacks?
A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Q: What size can my cooler and/or backpack be?
A: No coolers or backpacks allowed.

Q: Can we bring an umbrella?
A: Yes

Q: Do you have any special provisions for the handicapped?
A: Special parking. Seating based on ticket type.

Q: What is your Rain Policy?
A: Rain or Shine.

Q: Where is Lost & Found located?
A: At main entrance on Rainbow Island.

Q: Where is Customer Service located?
A: At main entrance on Rainbow Island.

Yes. Sea Island Club members and Sea Island Team Members will receive a 20% discount for up to ten tickets each.
