Indian River County Fairgrounds and Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert Rules

Be courteous to other patrons. Do not disrupt other patrons with disrespectful, unruly, or hostile actions or behavior. Inappropriate behavior should be reported to the nearest usher, security or other Fairgrounds personnel.

Sit in your ticketed seat only. Tickets must be shown to Concert security and usher personnel upon request.

Comply with requests from Concert personnel regarding Fairgrounds operations and emergency response procedures.

All persons entering the Fairgrounds are subject to reasonable search to protect the safety of the public and to ensure compliance with this Patron Code of Conduct.

Backpacks and large bags may not be brought into the Fairgrounds. Small bags will be checked at the front entrance. Security and Fairgrounds does have the right to turn away any and all bags from being brought into the Fairgrounds.

Tailgating is prohibited. Please do not consume food and alcoholic beverages in the Fairgrounds parking lots before, during or after a Concert.

Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner. Anyone who appears to be impaired by or under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance may be denied entry to or ejected from the Fairgrounds.

Food and Beverage including Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the Fairground premises.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Fairgrounds except in designated areas.

Guns, weapons, illegal drugs and other materials deemed hazardous or dangerous by Fairground personnel are prohibited.

All persons entering the Fairgrounds will be expected to abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Fairgrounds property, including the parking lots, without a permit, concession license or lease from the Fairgrounds and Jake Owen Foundation.

The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around the Fairgrounds property is not permitted under any circumstances and is prohibited by law. Persons caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to the Fairgrounds revoked.
